Ranchi, June 21: The 8th International Yoga Day, with the theme ‘Yoga for Humanity’ was celebrated with zeal at the NTPC Coal Mining Headquarters in Ranchi on Tuesday.
Yoga Guru Shri Gopal Ghosh led a mass yoga session on the occasion, which followed yoga protocols to celebrate the day.
Addressing the staff and their families on this special day, Partha Mazumder, Regional Executive Director (Coal Mining), sent his best wishes on International Yoga Day and emphasised that yoga not only makes us physically strong but also mentally powerful.
Senior officials, employees and associates participated in the program in large numbers to get benefit from the various yoga asanas demonstrated during the yoga session.
