Ranchi, May 25: City police have registered a case of sexual exploitation against the D.A.V.Kapildev School principal on the information of the nurse of the school.
Officer-in-charge of Argora police station Vinod Kumar confirmed the action sharing the sections under which FIR was registered.
The sections include 354 ( assaults or uses criminal force to any woman or abets such act with the intention of disrobing or compelling her to be naked), 345A ( physical contact and advances involving unwelcome and explicit sexual overtures ), 354B ( Assault or use of criminal force to woman with intent to disrobe). 345D ( watches, or captures the image of, a woman engaging in a private act in circumstances where she would usually have the expectation of not being observed either by the perpetrator), 375A ( sexual intercourse with a woman against her will, without her consent, by coercion, misrepresentation or fraud or at a time when she has been intoxicated or duped, or is of unsound mental health and in any case if she is under 18 years of age), 376C ( Sexual intercourse by a person in authority ) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of IPC.
Principal Singh was not available for his comment. His phone was switched off. He also did not respond to the WhatsApp message.
