Ranchi schools ecstatic after CBSE releases results for Class XII

Shakeb Arsalan (Arts), Smriti Goel (Commerce) of DPS secured 99.4%, Tanish Agarwal (Science) from JVM Shyamali scored 98.8% to become city toppers

Ranchi, 21: With the Central Board of Secondary Education releasing the results of Class XII Science, Arts and Commerce streams, the top CBSE schools in the city have taken out the lists of its toppers from each stream, along with the overall percentile of the students that have excelled in the examination.

Notably, a total of 38,570 students had written the examination, while 35,596 have cleared it. Here 22,895 were boys of which 20,854 cleared the exam, while 15675 girls sat for the exams, out of which 14,742 were declared pass.

Of these, Shakeb Arsalan of the Arts stream along with Smriti Goel of the Commerce stream from Delhi Public school are city toppers with 99.4 percent marks each. Meanwhile, Tanish Agarwal from JVM Shyamali has scored 98.8 percent in Science and was declared city topper in his stream.

As per the details, out of the total 421 students in Science, 163 in Commerce and 96 in Arts that attempted the exams, all have been declared passed by the boards.

In the Science stream, 98 students have scored above 90 percent marks, 243 have scored above 80 percent, 421 have scored above 60 percent, while 12 students have scored 100 percent marks in different subjects.

On the other hand, three toppers of the stream include Tanish Agarwal (98.8 percent), Samridhi Singh (98.2 percent), and Yuvraj Dutta (97.8 percent).

In the Commerce stream, 36 students have scored above 90 percent marks, 99 have scored above 80 percent, 152 have scored above 60 percent, while 2 students have scored 100 percent marks in different subjects.

Meanwhile, three toppers of the stream include Neha Kumari (95.8 percent), Shubha Manaswi (95.6 percent), and Harshika (95 percent).

In the Arts stream, 9 students have scored above 90 percent marks, 35 have scored above 80 percent, 89 have scored above 60 percent, while 30 students have scored 100 percent marks in different subjects.

Furthermore, three toppers of the stream include Harsh Priyam (98.8 percent), Supriya Shahay (98 percent), Akansha Kumari (98 percent), and Adyasha Singh (97.8 percent).

 

Delhi Public School, Sail Township

As per information, a total of 728 students that sat for the exams, 446 students scored 90 percent and above, 601 students scored 85 percent and above, while 196 students scored 100 percent marks in at least one subject.

On the other hand, in the Science stream, Aditya Prakash scored 98.2 percent, Shikha Suman scored 98 percent, and Aman Prajapati scored 97.6 percent.

In the case of Commerce, Smriti Goel scored 99.4 percent, Aishwarya Singh scored 98.8 percent and Piyush Banka scored 97.6 percent.

In Arts, Shakeb Arsalan has scored 99.4 percent, Maksha Nagpal and Tapasya Ganguli have 98.8 percent.

Notably, Shakeb Arsalan of the Arts stream along with Smriti Goel of the Commerce stream has scored 99.4 percent in English + best four subjects. Notably, Smriti Goel and Shakeb Arsalan secured 100 percent marks in a total of four subjects.

 

Cambrian Public School

Science: Adityaanshu Singh 98 percent, Saurabh Kumar 93 percent, Soumya Rani 91percent

Commerce: Ishika Kumari 97 percent, Swastika Nayak 93 percent, Shikha Kumari 91 percent

Arts: Khushi Jha 96 percent, Suhani 92 percent, Saurabh Kumar Soni 90 percent

 

DAV Public School, Hehal

Science: Aditya Ujjwal Singh 97.8 percent, Lisa Oraon 97.4 percent, Rashmi Kumari 96.4 percent

Commerce: Anjali Agarwal 97.2 percent, Anish Agarwal 96.8 percent, Kanak Vijayvargiya 95.6 percent

Arts: Arpita Singh 96.4 percent, Shambhavi Pandey 96.4 percent, Shreya Kumari 96 percent

 

Firayalal Public School

Science: Yashika Yadav 94.4 percent, Ritesh Singh 91 percent

Commerce: Ankita Kumari 94 percent, Gaushia Afroz 91.4 percent, Beauty Kumari 90 percent

 

DAV Kapil Dev

Science: Sakshai Priya 95.4 percent

Commerce: Vanshika Singh 94 percent, Payal Singhanaya 94 percent, Kriti Sharma 93.8 percent, Aansh Sharma 93.8 percent
