Ranchi to host CII Youth 20 summit tomorrow

Jamshedpur, July 20: CII Young Indians in collaboration with the Union Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports would host Y20, a business summit at RTC Institute of Technology, Ormanjhi in Ranchi on July 21, Friday.

The theme of the summit is “Building an ecosystem towards Industry 4.0” – a dialogue between young Indian achievers and business networking organisations that mentor entrepreneurs on how to build an ecosystem for business and work towards Industry 4.0.

The Youth 20 engagement group with Young Indians shall have brainstorming sessions on topics like National Education Policy, Employability for Youth and  Research and Innovation as a way of life.

The objective of the initiative is to facilitate an outcome-based discussion towards future leadership and awareness of global issues through the exchange of ideas, and arguments, on the basis of consensus.

For the session, the expert panellists would be Sanjay (Chief Manager – Personnel, HRD Dept. Central Coalfields Ltd),  Mayank Murari (Sr. Dy. General Manager- Public Relation and Communication, Usha Martin Ltd), Ravi Niwash (AGM – CSR, Jindal Steel & Power Ltd),  Ekbal Rashid (Assistant Professor – RTC Institute of Engineering) and   Chirag Parmar (Jeevanvrati Karykarta – Vivekanand Kendra).

The session will be moderated by Young Indian members. More than 100 delegates including industry representatives, faculty and students from the RTC Institute of Technology will attend the session.

Earlier, this month CII Young Indians in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Young Indians (YI), a part of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), hosted the G20 YEA India Summit in Delhi from  July 13-15.

As India has taken over the G20 Presidency, this is a moment of great pride for Young Indians (YI).

The G20 Young Entrepreneur Alliance (YEA) is a global network of approximately 5 lakh young entrepreneurs and the organizations that support them.

The G20 YEA seeks to promote youth entrepreneurship as a powerful driver of economic renewal, job creation, innovation and social change. Each year, the G20 YEA brings together hundreds of the world’s top young entrepreneurs to share their ideas with leading business and political leaders to catalyse global change.
