Ranchi, Sept 10: A woman (49-year-old) committed suicide on Sunday by jumping from the 10th floor of Sky Dale Apartment located on Harihar Singh Road in Bariatu police station area. The woman has been identified as Madhubala, the wife of Chandeshwar Prasad. Madhubala lived on the fourth floor of this apartment with her husband Chandeshwar Prasad and child. People informed the police about the incident.
After receiving the information, the police reached the spot, took possession of the body and sent it for post-mortem and are busy investigating the case. Whether Madhubala has committed suicide or someone pushed her is not known yet. The true reasons will be known only after investigation.
Chandreshwar Prasad said that everything was fine at night. His wife used to sleep with his son and he used to sleep alone. They didn’t even know when she came out of the house on Sunday morning. The people of the apartment informed them. After getting the information, he rushed there and saw that his wife Madhubala was lying dead in a pool of blood.
Police have registered a UD case on the statement of the woman’s husband. According to the information, Madhubala was the second wife of Chandeshwar Prasad. He was married to Madhubala after the death of his first wife. Both of them have a 10-year-old child. Chandreshwar Prasad is working in the education department and is a resident of Sasaram, Bihar.
