Rank: Instructions To Demolish 12 Illegal Buildings Including BCB Mall, Dwarkadhish And Sundar Vastalaya In Upper Bazar

Ranchi: The city commissioner’s court has given a big decision regarding illegal buildings in Upper Bazar, one of the prestigious commercial places of the capital. The court has ordered that 12 big establishments built without approved building plan should be demolished. In this regard, notice has also been issued by the corporation to the building owners on Tuesday.

In the issued notice, the building owners have been given 15 days to remove the unauthorized construction on their own. If the building owner does not break the construction within the stipulated time, the corporation will remove it and the amount spent in it will have to be paid to the building owner.

UC case was filed in 2019

Let us tell you that in the year 2019, the Ranchi Municipal Corporation had got an investigation done for unauthorized construction without a map in Upper Bazar. After this, the corporation had filed a UC case against those who made maps without approved building plans. The final hearing in this case was held on 22 July. Its corporation issued orders to break 12 establishments.

Know which buildings have been ordered to be demolished

Municipal commissioner’s court to demolish Alka Jewellers, Bajoria Trade Center, Vijay Kumar & Brothers (BKB Mall), Dayaldas Radhakrishna, Dwarkadhish Vastalaya, Kamdhenu Building, Modi Collection, Modi Sons, Nani Steel, RN Complex, Rangeela Vastalaya, Sunder Vastalaya has ordered.

Hearing in Seva Sadan case will now be held on Thursday

The hearing in the Seva Sadan Hospital encroachment case, adjacent to Bada Talab, was to be held in the court of the Municipal Commissioner on Tuesday. But due to some reason this hearing has not happened. Now the final hearing in this matter will be held on Thursday. The corporation has already given notice to the 34 building owners who got the construction of the building plan around Bada Talab without approved.
