New Delhi, Oct 11: Roger Binny, a World Cup-winning all-rounder, is most likely to succeed Sourav Ganguly as the Board of Control for Cricket in India’s next president.

Meanwhile, Jay Shah is expected to keep his position as BCCI secretary. In preparation for the elections, which are slated for October 18, the conversations took place during a BCCI internal meeting in Mumbai on Monday, according to sources.

Roger Binny, a member of the Kapil Dev-led 1983 World Cup-winning team, is anticipated to submit his nomination for the position of BCCI chairman on Tuesday. On Tuesday and Wednesday, candidates who are running for a BCCI office-bearer position may submit their nominations.
