Special Checking Drive Leads to Seizure
Acting on the directions of RPF Commandant Pawan Kumar, the RPF Ranchi Post and its flying squad conducted a special inspection drive at Ranchi Railway Station and onboard trains on December 17. During a thorough search of coach S-3 of train number 15027 at platform number one, officials noticed three suspicious bags placed near two men and a woman.
Accused Confess During Interrogation
On questioning, the individuals admitted ownership of the bags but failed to provide satisfactory explanations about their contents. Following sustained interrogation, one of the suspects confessed that the bags contained ganja.
