Ranchi, June 28: The Jharkhand High Court today granted bail to the three of the four accused of Rubika Pahadia murder case of Sahibganj.

The bail is conditional. According to bail conditions, all the three accused granted bail have to appear daily at the police station apart from giving two bail bonds of Rs 25000 each.

Those granted bail include Aamir Hussain, Mahtab and Gulera. They are relatives of the main accused, Dildar Ansari.

A single bench of Justice Navneet Kumar passed the order after advocate Rohan Mazumdar argued on behalf of all the accused.

In the month of December last year, Rubika’s body was found in several pieces in Sahibganj district of Jharkhand. According to the police, there was a fight between Ansari and Pahadia. In a fit of rage, the husband Ansari and his family members killed her and cut her body into several pieces.

Ansari had married a Pahadia girl about a month ago. It was an inter-religion marriage. Pahadia was her second wife.
