Ranchi, April 18: Former governor of Jharkhand, Droupadi Murmu, got an invitation to participate in Santali Rajbhasha Rally scheduled on April 30 this year as a special guest.
Chairman of Adivasi Sengal Abhiyan and former BJP leader, Salkhan Murmu, invited Murmu today after meeting at her residence in Mayurbhanj in Odisha.
Mumru, on this occasion, discussed with her on different tribal issues including administration in tribal area, provision of Sarna religion code in the census form and giving first language status to Santali in Jharkhand.
