New Delhi, Nov 15: India’s tennis icon Sania Mirza turned 36 years old on Tuesday. The tennis prodigy from India, startled everyone earlier this month when she announced that this would be her final season competing professionally and that she would give up tennis after the current season.
Former No. 1 in the world in women’s doubles, Sania has won many Grand Slam titles in both women’s doubles and mixed doubles. She celebrated her birthday with best friend Farah Khan. On Tuesday, Farah shared a video of Sania bringing in her birthday with her.
Sania Mirza has also received birthday wishes from her husband, Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik, amid divorce rumours.

The post comes amid rumours that the couple, who wed in 2010 and have a son together, are divorcing. After being married, the pair relocated to Dubai. She recently tweeted a photo of herself and her kid Izhan Mirza Malik along with the message, “The moments that get me through the hardest days.”

However, discussion regarding whether the separation craze was a marketing gimmick was sparked by the most recent posts. The Mirza Malik Show, a new chat show that Shoaib Malik and Sania Mirza would host jointly, was unveiled last week.
