Daltonganj, Dec19: Sadar SDO Rajesh kr Sah today inspected interior vaccination sites set up at the polling booths in the 76 assembly constituency segment Ramgarh.

Speaking to lagatar24.com Sah said on Sunday, booth level officers were found at each of the three vaccination sites that he inspected. These booth level officers had with them the electoral rolls. The ANMs were taking help from the electoral rolls.

“At Hisra vaccination site 59 doses were given by 12.30 today. There was more joy at the Nawadih vaccination site. A girl who was just 18 above was the proud recipient of the vaccine. Vaccination site at Gorey was subdued. Here only 10 vaccinations were done by 1.30 today,” informed SDO.

Sah said he asked the booth level officer Karoona Devi to visit houses today and bring the eligible for the vaccine.

The Gorey vaccination site is close to the mines area and as such houses here are located far and wide and the eligible just get busy in other things than the vaccination.

SDO said that booth level officers need to be further fine tuned in recalling the eligible for the vaccination. Although House survey was done but marking for unvaccinated was messed up.

SDO Sah further added that he would ask the BDOs to ensure the booth level officers conduct vaccination in a more effective manner.
