”The SSP  asked us to provide petrol to such persons without any resistance.  First, try to convince such people about their safety.  If they do not agree provide them fuel. But make their list. Police would collect it in the evening daily and take legal action on basis of CCTV footage”, said Sanjiv Rana, general secretary, JCPDA. Ritesh Singh, Brajesh Ray, Sunil Singh Animesh Singh were other members of the delegation.
Notably, the district administration has enforced the ‘No helmet/seat belt, No petrol’ rule in Dhanbad since August 16.

In Dhanbad 172 fuel refilling stations of different oil companies are functioning. Following the order of the district administration, petrol pump employees and managers have to face protests and bickering daily at all petrol pumps from consumers.
