Several Trains to Skip Barwadih Station for 4 Days Due to Non-Interlocking Work

Ranchi: The South Eastern Railway’s Ranchi Division has issued a notice informing passengers that the halt of several major express trains at Barwadih station has been temporarily cancelled due to non-interlocking work being carried out at the station.

Which Trains Are Affected and When

The Ranchi-Chopan Express (Train No. 18613) will not stop at Barwadih station on June 25 and 27. The Ranchi-Chopan Express (Train No. 18631) running on June 24 and 26 will also skip Barwadih station. Additionally, the Santragachi-Ajmer Express (Train No. 18009, via Muri) departing on June 26 will not halt at Barwadih station.

Alternative Arrangements for Passengers

The railway administration has made alternative arrangements for affected passengers. During the impacted period, travellers can use Daltonganj or Mangra Halt station to board these trains. The Railway has appealed to passengers to check the train status before travelling and plan their journey accordingly.
