Simdega police arrest three PLFI militants who set fire to construction vehicles

Simdega, April 23: Simdega police arrested three PLFI (People’s Liberation Front of India) militants who had set arson to Poclain engaged in construction work on April 16th. The police team has taken this action on the basis of secret information received by SP Sourav. The police have arrested Nitish Gop, Neeraj Gop and Satish Oraon involved in the arson incident. Police have recovered five keypad mobiles, seven sim cards, two scooties of Honda company, one camouflage T-shirt and other items from them.

Vikas Tiger of PLFI had carried out the incident of arson in Kolebira police station area. The militants had also left a pamphlet at the spot. The arrested militants accepted the execution of the incident on the orders of PLFI’s Ashok Gope and their involvement in the incident. Apart from this, they have accepted their involvement in the arson of vehicles engaged in road construction work in Kolebira’s electricity grid side, Itki and the murder of a girl in Khunti in 2019.
