Deoghar, July 25: The Santal Pargana Chamber of Commerce & Industries (SPCCI) has decided to organise a promotional event ‘Plastic Promo’ for the newly built plastic park in the Devipur industrial area of the Deoghar district. The tentative date for the event has been fixed as September 8 in which more than 200 industrialists are expected to participate who have already been dealing in plastic manufacturing.
Talking to Lagatar24.com, the district president of SPCCI, Alok Mallick, has confirmed that the All India Plastic Manufacturing Association and the India Plastic Association as well as the Small Industries Association Jharkhand will be organising partners. Plastic Promo of Plastic Industries Awareness and Investment meet will be supported by Jharkhand Plastic Park Ltd and MSME Ranchi, he added. Allok Malick has claimed that Director cum MD of plastic park Ramesh Gholap, Inderjit Yadav, ALIPM (Mumbai) president Shishir Mayur, IPF president Shishir Jalan (Kolkata)have been briefed about the event.
The main purpose of organising the event is for the proper functioning of Devipur plastic park which ranks fifth in the country. One hundred two small and mini units of manufacturing can be set up in the plastic park.
As scheduled, investors attending the meet will be facilitated to visit the park.
