Dhanbad, Oct 26: Howrah- New Delhi Amrit Kalash Special train 02381/ 02382 will run through Dhanbad railway station on October 28.
A Dhanbad Rail Division official said that under the programme of ‘Meri Mati Mera Desh’, this special train is being run for the facilities of passengers on the busy Howrah- New Delhi Grand Chord section.
Train no 02381 Amrit Kalash Passenger Special will kick start from Howrah on October 28 at 8.10 am and reach Dhanbad station at 11.55 am, Gaya at 14.43, Pt Deendayal Upadhyay Junction at 18.15 and New Delhi at 8.30 am the next day.
The divisional railway official said this special train would not go to Varanasi and Kanpur. After reaching Pt Deendayal Upadhyay Junction it would directly go to Prayagraj station and Govindpuri station for Delhi rather than through Kanpur Central railway station.
In return, the train no. 02382 will depart from New Delhi for Howrah on November 1. The Special train will start from New Delhi at 22.45 and reach Howrah at 22.10 the next day.
On the way to Howrah the Special train will reach Pt Deendayal Upadhyay Junction at 11.40 am the next day, Gaya Junction at 14.00, Dhanbad Junction at 16.50, and Howrah at 22.10.
The official said the Special train will have 10 sleeper and six general coaches. The fare of the special train is higher than the regular trains on the route.
