Ramgarh, June 21: West Bokaro Division of Tata Steel celebrated the International Day of Yoga at the Tata Sports Complex. Mrinal Bhadra, Chief, SE, West Bokaro Division, Tata Steel graced the occasion as the chief guest.
This year, the theme for International Yoga Day 2023 is ‘Yoga for Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’, which effectively encapsulates our collective aspiration for ‘One Earth, One Family and One Future’.
Tileshwar Prasad, a Yoga expert conducted the morning yoga session. During the session, many yoga asanas like tad asana, anulom vilom and surya namaskar were practised. More than 300 people participated in this yoga session in which women and children participated with full enthusiasm.
The event is being organized by the sports department team led by Rohit Prasad, Head, Administration, West Bokaro Division, Tata Steel.
