Jamshedpur, Jan 13: If the forecast of IMD’s Ranchi Met Centre is considered, then the night reading is expected to again plummet after the next 48- hours. Weathermen issued an alert of fog for the next three days. The minimum reading is expected to witness a fall of two to three degree Celsius from Sunday.
A Western disturbance as a trough in the middle tropospheric level was running with its axis at 4.5 Km above mean sea level. An induced cyclonic circulation over Northwest Rajasthan and the neighbourhood was lying over north Rajasthan extending up to 1.5 Km above mean sea level.
Moreover, the Weathermen said no significant synoptic condition prevails over Jharkhand. Only westerly to northwesterly wind was prevailing at lower levels of the atmosphere.
Met statistics revealed that the minimum temperature was hovering between 9 to 12-degree Celsius in most places across the state.
