Dhanbad, June 15: East Central Railway (ECR) zone has cancelled the movement of 10 trains in wake of double line construction between Daltonganj and Kajri railway stations under the Dhanbad Rail Division on June 18 and June 21.
Senior Public Relation Officer of Dhanbad Rail Division PK Mishra said that due to construction work, the traffic would be closed for 8 hours from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm on June 18 and 9.30 am to 5.30 pm on June 21. So, the scheduled movement of trains on this track on above mentioned days has been cancelled.
The trains that have been cancelled on June 18 are:
- 03341 – Barkakana- Dehri -on-Sone passenger train
- 03342 -Dehri- On –Sone passenger
- 03343 Gomoh- Chopan passenger train
- 03344 –Chopan- Gomoh passenger train
The trains to be cancelled on June 21 are:
- 03359 – Barkakana – Baransi MEMU
- 03360 Baranasi – Barkakana MEMU
- 03343 Gomoh- Chopan passenger train
- 03344 –Chopan- Gomoh passenger train
- 03363 Barwadih- Dehri-On-Sone Express
- 03364 Dehri-On-Sone – Barwadih Express
“Besides it, route of 11447 Jabalpur -Howrah Shaktipunj Express would be diverted on June 20. The train would run via Garwaha Road- Sonenagar in place of Garhwa Road- Barkakana – Pradhankhanta,” said Mishra. The train would kick start 5.30 hours late from Jabalpur.
