Terror Funding Case: Hearing Concludes in High Court on Petitions of Accused Sonu Agrawal and Sudesh Kedia

Ranchi: The Jharkhand High Court on Wednesday concluded hearings on petitions filed by Amit Agrawal alias Sonu Agrawal and Sudesh Kedia, both accused in the terror funding case linked to the Magadh and Amrapali coal projects. Following arguments presented by all parties, the court has reserved its judgment.

Petition Challenges NIA Court Charges

The matter was heard by the bench of Justice Rongon Mukhopadhyay. The accused had approached the High Court challenging the charge framing orders issued by the NIA court in connection with the terror funding allegations.
