Ranchi: The South Eastern Railway has announced temporary route changes for three trains operating under the Ranchi Railway Division due to operational reasons, with the revised routes coming into effect from today. Passengers have been advised to check updated routing details before commencing their journeys.

Darbhanga–Secunderabad Express Route Changed

Train number 17008, Darbhanga–Secunderabad Express, will now operate via Koderma–Tilaiya–Bandhua–Koderma–Gomo–Chandrapura–Rajabera instead of its usual route. The change has been implemented to manage operational requirements within the division.

Godda–Tatanagar Express to Take Alternate Path

Train number 18186, Godda–Tatanagar Express (via Muri), will now run through Hansdiha–Harlatand–Mohanpur–Deoghar–Jasidih. The revised routing replaces its regular alignment for the duration of the temporary arrangement.

Ranchi–Godda Express Also Diverted

Train number 18603, Ranchi–Godda Express, will operate via Jasidih–Deoghar–Mohanpur–Harlatand–Hansdiha while proceeding toward its destination. Railway officials said the diversion is part of coordinated operational adjustments in the section.

Railways Advise Passengers to Stay Updated

The railway administration has expressed regret for any inconvenience caused and appealed for passenger cooperation. Travelers have been advised to verify the latest train information through stations, railway inquiry counters, or official railway websites before planning their journey.
