Top-notch law firms hire NUSRL Ranchi students

2021 batch students get 100 percent placement, offers for Masters in foreign universities

Ranchi, March 26: The BA LLB students of the 2021 batch of National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL) have received 100 percent placements this year. As per information from the placement cell of the college, 53 percent students have received offers from Law firms, 27 percent from Law Offices, 13 percent from other organizations, while the remaining seven percent have been offered Masters in-house.

More than 10 companies, educational and firms including PwC, Indus Law, Singh & Associates, Veritas Legal, Lawsikho, Classplus, Queen Mary University of London, University of Cambridge, Nalsar University of Law, Hyderabad, and SOAS University of London among others offered placements to NUSRL students.

Of the 31 students, four students have received offers from NLIU for Masters, three from NUSRL itself, two from NLU Nagpur, two from TISS, two from NALSAR Hyderabad while one of them also has an offer from NUJS, and one from HNLU.

On the other hand, some that have received offers from foreign universities for Masters include one from University of Cambridge. Another two students have received multiple offers from foreign organisations including one that has offers from University of Essex, University of Nottingham, Queen Mary University of London, University of Leeds and University of Birmingham. The other students with multiple offers from foreign institutions for masters have offers from SOAS University of London, University of Essex, Queen Mary University of London, and National University of Ireland.

Meanwhile, some students who have offers for litigation include one that has an offer from Pasari and Associates, one from Chambers of Shreshth Gautam, one from Chambers of Nitin Pasari. Seven students have received offers from law firms including Singh & Associates, Veritas Legal, Mumbai and IndusLaw, Mumbai.

Other students have also received offers from PwC, Classplus, Chambers of Justice Indu Malhotra, and LawSikho.
