New Delhi, Dec 25: Vasai court in Mumbai sentenced Sheezan Mohammed Khan, a co-star of the television actress Tunisha Sharma, to four days in police prison on Sunday. The police arrested Sheezan under section 306 (abetment to suicide) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
“Sheezan Khan has been sent to custody for 4 days. The police don’t have any evidence as yet. Allegations were put against him. A further probe is yet to be conducted,” said Sheezan Khan’s advocate.

Sheezan Khan and Tunisha apparently dated before she broke up with him, which is said to have been the cause of her death.
Sheezan M. Khan was detained after the police filed a case against him under Indian Penal Code Section 306 (abetment of suicide) in response to a complaint made by Tunisha Sharma’s mother.
According to information, from the FIR document, Tunisha Sharma and Sheezan Khan were once romantically involved but broke up 15 days ago. According to the FIR, the actress was under stress as a result of the breakup.
