Two die, several injured in fire at Delhi factory

New Delhi, Nov 1: Two persons are dead in a fire that started in a shoe factory in Delhi’s Narela Industrial Area on Tuesday. Three individuals have so far been saved, but it’s believed that many more are still inside the structure trapped and injured.

The few injured people have all been taken to a hospital and are all in stable condition, according to news agency ANI. The two deceased individuals’ identities are being determined.

In order to put out the fire, 10 fire engines were dispatched, according to the Delhi Fire Service, which was quoted by ANI.

#UPDATE | The incident of fire occurred in a footwear factory in Narela Industrial Area. A few are injured and have been shifted to hospital, all are stable and have minor injuries. Two people died and their identity is being established: Delhi Police
