Hazaribag, July 13: Two Kanwarias who were brothers and residents of the Imli Kothi area in the town died in a road accident in Bagodar of Giridih this morning. The two were with a group of Kanwarias returning from Babadham after offering Gangajal to Lord Shiva.
Sources said 45-year-old Santosh Keshri and 38-year-old Deepak Keshri were returning from Babadham when the driver of their SUV lost control of the vehicle near Bagodar. Due to this, it hit a stationary truck resulting in the on-spot death of the duo brothers near the Jhari bridge. Three others who sustained injuries are Suraj Kumar Keshri (28), Vijay Kumar Keshri (32) and Duglal Keshri (32).
As the report about the duo’s death reached here, their family remained shocked and in grief. People started reaching their house consoling the family.
