Ranchi, Feb.1: Ruling party of the state Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) criticised the union budget terming it a document to oil feet of the BJP supported limited industrial groups with jasmine oil and give burden of price hike, tax and loan on middle class besides covering eyes of labour class with colourful spectacle.

Through a press statement signed by JMM central committee member and senior leader Supriyo Bhattacharya the party pointed out that through the budget the union government has decided to handover the biggest public sector unit, Indian Railways, to four industrial groups in a grand sale on discount.

“Now Indian Railway, its precious infrastructure and land will become toys in the hands of industrialists and common people will irrigate those industrialists with their hard earned money. Backbone of the Indian economy, banks and insurance companies will now be known as personal property. Cheating the youth by showing them a false dream of a job is the crux of the budget. The way poison is sweetened by mixing honey, farmers and women have been given sweet assurances in the budget. It seems that Injustice with states like Jharkhand has become a constitutional provision,” the press statement reads.

“Through the budget dream has been sent in an empty envelope in the wake of elections in five states and death warrant has been readied to issue to common people in days to come,” the statement concludes.
