Mathura, Jan 27: Union Home Minister and senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Amit Shah, performed a door-to-door campaign in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, on Thursday as part of a political programme ahead of the State Assembly elections. Shah also spoke at an ‘Effective Voter Communication’ session in Mathura earlier today, drawing a parallel between the BJP and the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) and the Samajwadi Party (SP), saying that, unlike them, the BJP “works for the entire society.”
“BJP is not the party for one caste but for the entire society,” the Union Home Minister said. He also thanked the people of the Braj region for always choosing BJP, be it the elections of 2014 or 2017.
