Lucknow, Feb 9: Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Wednesday launched the Congress manifesto ‘Unnati Vidhan Jan Ghoshna Patra-2022’ for the upcoming assembly election.

“All suggestions have been taken from the UP public. Farmers’ loans will be waived off within 10 days of coming to power. Electricity bills will be waived off, COVID-affected families will be given Rs 25,000. We’ll provide 20 lakh govt jobs,” said Priyanka Gandhi Vadra.
Earlier, the Bharatiya Janata Party BJP’s manifesto for the upcoming Assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh was released on Tuesday by Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
Akhilesh Yadav also released the Samajwadi Party’s manifesto for the upcoming Uttar Pradesh Assembly election. The manifesto is called ‘Samajwadi Vachan Patra’ with the tag line–‘Satya Vachan, atoot vaada’.
Notably, the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections will be held from February 10 onwards in seven phases. The counting of votes will take place on March 10.
