Mumbai, Jan 11: Vicky Kaushal and Yami Gautam’s superhit film, Uri: The Surgical Strike, clocked in three years of its release today. The actor took a trip down the memory lane to express his gratitude.
Vickey posted a bunch of pictures from the film and BTS pictures having fun on sets with his fellow cast and crew members on Instagram.
The film’s director Aditya Dhar also shared the film’s poster, noting how three years ago ‘everything changed. He wrote, “3 years ago, everything changed. The love this film received has been unprecedented. Grateful. Thankful. Blessed.”
Vickey also shared a picture with Aditya Dhar from the day when they were bestowed with National Awards for their work in the film. He wrote, “Forever grateful. #3yearsofUriTheSurgicalStrike.”
Notably, the film was based on the Indian Army’s 2016 surgical strike in Pakistan. The film also stars Mohit Raina, Paresh Rawal and Kirti Kulhari among others.
