Ranchi, Nov 22: People created ruckus after the death of a person in a road accident on the Ring Road close to Sithio under Dhurwa police station area in the state capital on Tuesday.
This incident took place late evening.
Angry villagers vandalized vehicles and assaulted passers-by. Several vehicles passing through the road were targeted by the villagers.
After getting information about the case, additional force from the police line has been sent to the spot. Along with this, the Dhurva, Jagannathpur and Tupudana police have also reached the spot and are trying to pacify the situation.
