Ramgarh, Dec 28: Troubled by the bad habit of husband, wife and son together murdered man in Kuju. Kuju police disclosed the case of the recovery of Shiv Narayan Mahato’s body from the well on Tuesday at Digwar Hethbandh.
In the strict interrogation of the police, the deceased’s son Ganesh Kushwaha and his wife Bhagirathi Devi accepted their crime. The accused said that on the night of last December 20, Shivnarayan was abusing a lot in the house. They tied his hands and feet with the help of a rope and left him.
“When he died, we took the body from the motorcycle and threw it into the well after tying it with stones,” they said.
The police arrested the wife and son and registered a case under case number 301/22 and sections 302, 201 and 34 of IPC and sent both of them to jail. Regarding the case, OP in-charge Dhananjay Kumar said that Shiv Narayan Mahato had a habit of stealing. Due to this the family members were worried. Due to this the said people killed Shivnarayan. ,
