Jamshedpur,  Aug  22:  XLRI Jamshedpur hosted an illuminating Fireside Chat with Sayandeb Banerjee, the co-founder and CEO of TheMathCompany, a leading global data analytics and engineering firm.

The event, held on the B-school campus engaged with the students of the PGDM (GM) batch, all eager to gain deeper insights into data-driven strategies and fostering innovation.

The event commenced on a gracious note with professor Kanagaraj, extending a warm welcome to Banerjee and presenting him with a bouquet as a token of appreciation.

The formalities unfolded with an articulate opening speech by a student from the PGDM GM batch of XLRI, setting the tone for an engaging knowledge-sharing session.

Banerjee’s discourse resonated strongly with the attendees as he delved into the transformative power of data analytics. With a focus on data-driven decision-making, he elaborated on how data, when wielded wisely, could steer organizations towards success and growth by improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction and more. Ethical considerations and responsible data usage emerged as crucial themes in his presentation.

The heart of the conversation unveiled TheMathCompany’s “BASICS” framework, passionately advocated by Banerjee.

The framework, embodying building deep relationships, ambition and hunger, striving for simplicity, individuals matter, creating elevated experiences, and speed, epitomizes the core values needed to foster innovation, drive change, and build a culture of visionary leadership.
