XLRI Jamshedpur to host alumni homecoming on Dec 10-11

Jamshedpur, Dec 1: XLRI Jamshedpur is gearing up to host the “Annual Alumni Homecoming 2022” on  December 10-11.

Over 200 alumni members are expected to participate in this year’s Homecoming which is being conducted after a gap of two years.

This year, the 1972 Batch will join for their Golden Jubilee Celebration.  Many alumni of Batch of 1980 and 1984 will also be coming for Homecoming year celebrations this year.

On this occasion, the B-school will also conduct the ‘Distinguished Alumnus Awards Ceremony’.

This year, 10 select distinguished alumni of the institution would be felicitated in six categories. The event will be held on the evening of  December 10.

Speaking about the Alumni Homecoming 2022, Fr. S George, director, XLRI Jamshedpur said, “After two years, we are conducting the Alumni Homecoming. I am sure this reunion will take all our alumni down the XL memory lane. We take pride in our distinguished alumni who are contributing to the growth of society, our nation and other countries. We are also proud of the fact that many of our Alumni are occupying coveted positions within India and also abroad. XLRI Family is looking forward to welcoming them back to the campus and felicitating them for their achievements.”

XLRI Alumni Association has alumni chapters both in India and abroad.

In India, the XLRI alumni chapters are in Bangalore, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Pune. XLRI also has alumni chapters in Singapore and Dubai.

In the U.S.A. it has chapters in San Jose (covering Bay Area), Dallas (covering the State of Texas), Washington DC, New Jersey, New York, Boston (covering New England), Chicago (covering the mid-west region), as well as in Toronto (Canada).
