As a part of the MoU, Trident Group will educate and enlighten XLRI’s PGDM (GMP) students about different functions in the organization, multiple career paths and a gradual progression curve.

This would happen via campus engagement for the entire batch. Campus engagement programs, leadership talks, and student interaction sessions will also be conducted.

Speaking on the occasion,  Fr. S George, S.J., director of XLRI said, “With a vision to nurture responsive ethical future business leaders, XLRI accepts collaborations from corporates keeping in mind the industry requirements and changing business landscape. Foreseeing these situations, XLRI has joined hands with The Trident Group. When budding business leaders interact with successful entrepreneurs, they get to know about their struggles and taking notes of their journey also prepares them for the struggle that they may face on the path to success.”

Padma Shri Rajinder Gupta, founder and chairman Emeritus, Trident Group said how the business landscape is evolving with time and technology.

He shared his entrepreneurial journey and talked about the challenges and difficulties he faced and how he managed to overcome them. “Entrepreneurship is all about how you survive when you don’t have any options.
