Yoga programme organised in Ramgarh to mark International Yoga Day

Ramgarh, June 21: On the occasion of International Yoga Day, a yoga program was organized at Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Park in Chattarmandu on Wednesday under the Namami Gange scheme.

Deputy Development Commissioner (DDC) Robin Toppo, Forest Divisional Officer Nitish Kumar, Additional Collector  Nelsom Ayon Bage, Sub-Divisional Officer Mohammad Javed Hussain and other senior officials, officers and personnel performed yoga collectively.

The DDC informed everyone about the inclusion of yoga in their daily life and its benefits, while Sub-Divisional Officer Mohammad Javed Hussain said that yoga has been an integral part of India since ancient times and has been saving people from many types of diseases.  Presently the whole world is celebrating International Yoga Day today, so all should take advantage of it by including yoga in our lives.
