12th Hockey Women’s Hockey Championship: Jharkhand beat Andhra Pradesh to enter the quarter-finals

Ranchi, May 9: Jharkhand defeated Andhra Pradesh 10-0 to qualify for quarter-final of the 12th Hockey India National Senior Women’s Hockey Championship 2022 held at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Pramila Soreng from Jharkhand scored the first goal of the match in the 30th second. She scored a total of two goals. Albela Rani Toppo also scored two goals in 38 and 40 minutes.

Jharkhand had defeated Puducherry in the previous match 36-0 and so far Jharkhand has scored 46 goals in two matches.

All the officials of Hockey Jharkhand including President Bhola Nath Singh have congratulated the Jharkhand team for making it to the quarter-finals.
