Ranchi, Oct.18: Two children in conflict with law, who had escaped from a child observation home in Simdega on October 10, were caught again and sent back to the observation home
After the children were caught two policemen deputed at the observation home were suspended for dereliction of duty.
Simdega SP Shams Tabrez informed this saying children who had escaped from the observation home were booked in case of theft registered at Kersai police station of the district.
