Daltonganj, Dec. 10: Three BJP MLAs namely Alok Chaurasia (Daltonganj), Kushwaha Shashibhushan Mehta (Panki) and Pushpa Devi (Chhatarpur) taking a departure from the party line, hailed the state government’s ‘Aapke Adhikar-Aapki Sarkar-Aap k Dwar’ campaign today at the divisional programme held here. The programme was chaired by Chief Minister Hemant Soren along with two of his ministers, Satyanand Bhokta and Mithilesh Thakur.

While Panki BJP MLA Mehta appreciated this programme, Chaurasia dubbed Hemant Soren as his guardian. Pushpa Devi said that this outreach programme of the state government is beneficial for the poor class of society.

The three BJP MLAs after lauding this programme aired their demands. MLA Mehta demanded power supply and rural connectivity for his constituency.

Chaurasia urged the CM to reopen the closed mines. He also demanded the inclusion of Magahi, Bhojpuri and Hindi languages in the process of employment. He suggested that weirs in the Koyal river would minimize the drinking water crisis in Palamu.

Pushpa Devi demanded that this government must stop the migration of people from Jharkhand to other states. She asked for more jobs and employment opportunities for the people.

Chief Minister Hemant Soren heard the three with a great sense of relief and amusement. However, two MLAs of Palamu did not turn for this programme. Bishrampur BJP MLA Ramchander Chandravanshi and NCP MLA (Hussainabad) Kamlesh Singh abstained from this divisional programme.
