In the latest case, soldiers of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) of China have been seen on the LAC (Line of Actual Control) in Uttarakhand. According to sources, recently 35-40 Chinese soldiers visited the LAC in Barahoti area of ??Chamoli district.
