Ramgarh, Aug 30: Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan’s 3rd Sopan Scout Check-up Camp, which was going on for the last 3 days (August 28-30) at Kendriya Vidyalaya Ramgarh Cantt, successfully concluded on Tuesday.
The camp, under the aegis of the KVS Ranchi Division, was inaugurated by the Principal cum Site Director of the school Dr Amita Jyotsna Bada. On the first day, 36 escort masters and 4 visiting officials provided the outline of the programs to 219 scout students from 34 Kendriya Vidyalayas.
A grand campfire was organized so that the children and the visiting Escort Master could remove the fatigue of the day and be a part of the cultural program. It started with various messages like peace, brotherhood, mutual harmony etc. brought by the escort messenger from all four directions.
The camp on the final day (today) started with the Sarva Dharma Prarthana in which the scouts of different religions presented the prayers and mantras of their respective religions and the sacred spirit of Sarvadharma Sambhav was absorbed and absorbed in all the scouts.
In the end, Principal Amita Jyotsna Bada declared all the 219 scout participants as passed and motivated them to make the training and education received in the training camp useful in their lives.
LOC BN Tiwari, Kendriya Vidyalaya Chakradharpur shared the report of the 3 days. The formal announcement of the end of the program was made with the unfurling of the Scout flag. The vote of thanks was given by Antaryami Kumar, Kendriya Vidyalaya Barkakana.
