‘The Legend of Lord Birsa’ to be shot in Jharkhand from September

Ranchi, June 9: International Silver Dollar Production announced, on the occasion of Lord Birsa Munda’s death anniversary on Thursday, that they are going to make a multilingual feature film titled ‘The Legend of Lord Birsa’ which will showcase the life of Jharkhand’s legendary warrior Bhagwan Birsa Munda.

 

 

The period drama will be shot entirely in Jharkhand around Khunti, Ranchi and a few more nearby locations. It will involve prominent names from the Hindi film industry and Hollywood technicians.

The shooting is expected to begin in September 2022 and will go on for 75 days as scheduled.

 

 

The film will be written and directed by Praveen Madan Raj Dodeja and will star Suchhi Kumar in the lead role. The cinematography will be done by Santosh Swarnakar whereas the actions will be directed by international action director Alister Mazzoti. Avinash Walzade will be the editor.
