Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan inaugurates third Sopan Scout Camp at K V Ramgarh Cantt

Ramgarh, Aug 28:  Under the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan Ranchi Division, the grand inauguration of the third Soupan Scout Camp 2022, which runs for three days (28 to 30 August), took place on the premises of Kendriya Vidyalaya on Sunday.

Venue Director Dr Amita Jyotsna Bada welcomed the Chief Guest of the program Gyan Prakash Pandey, Nominee President, Kendriya Vidyalaya Ramgarh Cantt.

 

The Chief Guest announced the launch of the camp by lighting the lamp and garlanding the picture of Lord Baden Powell. In his address, the chief guest elaborated on the value of Bharat Scout and its history to the scouts participating in this camp.  Along with this, he gave the basic mantra to live life with discipline to 219 scout participants of 34 Kendriya Vidyalayas present in the camp.

 

In this camp, a total of 36 scout masters as escort teachers and four officers, including LOC BN Tiwari KV Chakradharpur, A K Tilak Kendriya Vidyalaya Ramgarh Cantt, BN Sharma, KV HEC Ranchi and Manish Kumar Kendriya Vidyalaya CCL Ranchi was mainly present.

LOC BN Tiwari highlighted the outline of the three-day Scout Camp being organized under the Bharat Scout Guide to all Scout Masters. In the beginning of the opening ceremony of the program, the students of the school presented a group song and group dance.Vote of thanks was given by Sushma Dubey.
