Ranch, Nov 11: Chief Minister Hemant Soren got a relief from the Jharkhand High Court as the court of Justice Sanjay Dwivedi quashed the FIR lodged against him at Argora police station in Ranchi.
The matter was related to violation of model code of conduct during the election.
In the earlier hearing, the Jharkhand High Court had stayed that order of the Ranchi MP-MLA Cour by which order was given to CM Soren to be present physically in the matter.
