Jamshedpur, Nov 26: Dry weather would prevail over Jharkhand through Saturday, said a forecast issued by IMD’s Ranchi Meteorological Centre today. All the districts woke up to bright weather today with a slight fall in maximum and minimum temperatures.
Ranchi and its adjoining districts recorded a minimum temperature of around 10°C, two notches below normal, while Jamshedpur recorded around 14°C, one notch above normal. The minimum temperature in Daltonganj dropped to around 8°C, four points below normal, while Bokaro recorded around 10°C, five notches below normal.
Notably, cold wave conditions was prevailing in both places.
Weathermen said there won’t be any large change in both the day and night temperatures during the next three days.
Weathermen added no significant synoptic condition was prevailing over Jharkhand today.
Met department officials also ruled out the possibility of rain or any adverse weather condition over Jharkhand in the next five days at least.
