New Delhi, Nov 27: Rain forced the cancellation of the second One-Day International between India and New Zealand at Hamilton’s Seddon Park on Sunday. When the weather finally forced the cancellation of the match, India had amassed 89 for 1 in 12.5 overs.
Rain earlier reduced the game to 29 overs per side, but the subsequent stoppage made it necessary to abandon the match. Kane Williamson, the captain of New Zealand, chose to bowl against India after winning the toss.
