The former spymaster is pictured shaking hands with the former Congress president, who was once again wearing simply a white t-shirt, as he has throughout this winter, in a photo published by INC TV, the grand old party’s official media outlet.

In December of last year, Raghuram Rajan, a former RBI governor, participated in the Bharat Jodo Yatra in Rajasthan. Kamal Haasan, an actor and the leader of Makkal Needhi Maiam (MNM), took part in the march on December 24 in Delhi.

Along with other Bollywood actors, Gandhi was joined on the march by Pooja Bhatt and Swara Bhaskar.

In the meanwhile, Dulat oversaw R&AW from 1999 to 2000. In addition, he held the position of special director for the Intelligence Bureau (IB) and has written a number of publications recently.
