Ranchi, Feb 20: New Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court Sanjaya Kumar Mishra today expressed his commitment to execution and hearing of old cases besides providing justice to the poor and backward classes.
Speaking to media persons after taking the oath, the Chief Justice said, “More emphasis will be laid on execution and speedy hearing of old cases. My priority will be to provide justice to the poor and the underprivileged.”
Chief Justice Mishra described Jharkhand as his motherland and said that the judiciary is working hard for a transparent justice.
