Dhanbad, March 28: Bokaro Principal District and Sessions Judge (PDJ), Kumari Ranjana Asthana said that one should cherish the moments of school days as they are the most precious days of life.
Kumari Ranjana Asthana, who was speaking as chief guest in the graduation ceremony of class V students of Delhi Public School (DPS) Bokaro, said that celebrations of the school took her down memory lane and she is reminded of her childhood. “So you should cherish the moments of your school days as those are the most precious moments,”she said.
She felicitated 250 students of the school in the function organized in Ashawaghosh Kala Kshetra of the campus. All the students were dressed in graduation gowns. The school organizer said the function was organized with the objective of providing an opportunity for young graduates to take pride in their accomplishments and celebrate with peers.
DPS Bokaro principal Dr AS Gangwar, on the occasion, said that the school is committed to providing holistic education to the students from elementary classes itself. “In line with demands of the 21st century and New Education Policy 2020, the school is exploring and nurturing every genre of students along with classroom education,” he said.
Dr Gangwar advised the students to be responsible, compassionate and creative leaders of tomorrow. He also urged the parents to spend quality time with their children as it is crucial for their overall development and well-being. It strengthens the parent-child relationship and promotes bonding and positive emotions.
The mesmerizing musical rendition by the school choir enthralled the audience. The dance presentations on Ganesh Vandana and ‘Hausalon ki udan’ was a testament to the transformative power of dance and the ability of art to inspire people. The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks followed by the National Anthem.
