Chaibasa, April 30: The security forces demolished the camp of Naxalites on Sunday near Ambia village under the highly Naxal affected Goilkera police station area of the district.
In this sequence, a camp of Naxalites was found in the forest near Ambia village of Goilkera police station area. Which has been demolished by the security forces. However, the information about getting any material from this camp has not been received so far. At present, the search operation against the Naxalites is going on.
Chaibasa police is running a continuous campaign against Naxalites since last 11th January. During this, police personnel are also getting success. Teams of Chaibasa Police, Cobra 209 Battalion, 203 Battalion, 205 Battalion, Jharkhand Jaguar and CRPF 60, 197, 157, 174, 193, 07 and CRPF 26 battalions are included in this campaign.
A joint operation team of these jawans has been constituted and the operation is being carried out continuously.
Top leaders of CPI Maoist Naxalite organization Misir Besra, Anmol, Mochu, Chaman, Kande, Ajay Mahto, Sagen Angaria, Ashwin along with their squad members are roaming in Kolhan area for subversive activity. After which a continuous search operation is being conducted against the Naxalites since last January 11.
